Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Finnovators Services Pvt Ltd. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored investment solutions. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role
- Solid understanding of financial planning and investment strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Team management experience is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
- Understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and provide them with tailored investment solutions
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and present investment recommendations to clients
- Monitor clients' investment portfolios and provide regular updates and performance reports
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests
- Attend client meetings, seminars, and industry events to network and expand client base
