Client Relationship Manager for Capital Markets

Market Leadership :
- Creates sales strategy and plans for the Client Partner's review and to be incorporated into a broader client strategy and plan.
- Identify and qualify add-on opportunities.
Relationship Management :
- Executes and manages the account plan under the guidance of the client Partner.
- Invests time in strengthening existing client relationships.
- Participates in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives.
Business Development :
- Responds to and delivers on client requests; Responds to RFPs
- Identifies opportunities, makes proactive proposals to the client in line with the account strategy; Obtains approvals to pursue opportunities.
- Engages the relevant teams for solutions
- Managing, monitoring, updating CRM platforms.
- Reviewing and finalizing SOWs and supporting SOs development when needed
- Overseeing the operation/delivery teams to make sure forecast process is accurate and on time
- Working with operation and legal to resolve any issues with MSA/SOW, amendments and other adjustments
- Communicating and engaging with SLs, SL Delivery and vertical delivery lead to support on timely and excellent delivery
- Monitor and escalate any incidents that are at risk to the Client relationship or delivery
Please find below additional specific requirements for the positions:
- 8-10 prior Capital Markets domain experience in both delivery and commercial roles
- Specific domain knowledge on custodians (or) Asset & Wealth Management experience
- Prior experience in a CRM role in India preferably in Capital Markets
- Existing connections/contacts/relationships with these clients (executive level) and the industry would be ideal
- Knowledge of captive operations in general
- Will need to spend time at client captive location
