Your Responsibilities Could Include:
- Pioneering innovative strategies to attract and engage clients, tailored to your unique strengths and interests.
- Leveraging your personal networks and market insights to identify untapped opportunities and forge new partnerships.
- Delving into market research to uncover emerging trends and consumer needs, guiding our strategic direction.
- Cultivating authentic connections with clients, advocating for their needs and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Mastering the art of negotiation to secure mutually beneficial agreements that drive profitability.
- Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams, contributing your fresh perspective and expertise to collective goals.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of client engagements and market dynamics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct internet research to identify companies which are hiring currently in different sector of economy including manufacturing, Infrastructure, Consumer, Energy, BFSI, IT, Semi conductor etc.
- Research and identify new market opportunities and generate leads.
- Lead Generation and to attract new clients - Client Acquisition.
- Approach the relevant authorities (MD,CXO, HR Head, Recruitment Head etc.) on social media for introducing Mintskill
- Contact these authorities on telephone/mobile number; introduce and request for business meetings with Senior Leaders of our company
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentation to potential clients.Bring new business to the organization.
- Client Management (From requirements to payment collection ).Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.
- Proper coordination with the recruitment team and relationship managers to generate quality results.
- Assistance in creating/updating company PPT
- Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients.
- Research the market, identify the potential leads.
- Contact the clients, introduce Align services and solutions, and generate meetings.
- Attend meetings with the clients, create interest and offer the right solutions that meet the client's needs.
RequirementsCandidate must have knowledge of LinkedIn, Internet research, Proposal writing, Email writing and good verbal communication skills.
