We are hiring for one of our premium MNC client based in Navi Mumbai
We are looking for candidates with 7+ years of experience in General Ledger Accounting
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts payable/ Accounts Receivable Team with direct line management of assigned for the zone. Responsible for Monthly GL reconciliations and smooth closing of GL and books of accounts for the zone
- To ensure that the GL balances and Trial balance match.
- Following accounting policies and procedures to ensure GP is matched during the end of month.
- Responsible for Timely reconciliations of Balance sheet items and GL close
- Manage daily Volumes / Queries relating from GL- onshore stakeholders by meeting/ exceeding process targets
- Review, reconcile and prepare analysis for GL accounts related to AP/AR.
- Coordinate with auditors for completing audit & resolving audit queries.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations and month end close process
- Ensure the accruals are reviewed and adjusted before close of books.
- Drive opportunities for automation & process improvement
- Support and create Monthly/ weekly reports of the zone that is supported.
- Manage Stakeholders & drive monthly/ weekly connects.
- Onboard of new business units as they go live with expansion scope
