Job Overview


We are looking for a Business Development Junior with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Alian Software. As a Business Development Junior, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position based in Anand, Gujarat, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT services industry
  • Proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of IT sales and international sales
  • Experience in online bidding platforms
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with B2B sales
  • Passionate about technology and the IT industry
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends
  • Generate leads and drive sales to achieve monthly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing solutions
  • Execute the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
