Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives specific to the IT & ITES vertical. The ideal candidate will drive our cloud solutions sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and promote our cloud offerings across banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the IT & ITES vertical to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the IT & ITES sector, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the IT & ITES sector.
  • Solution Selling: Drive the adoption of cloud solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Facing Unit of Strategic and Large Accounts, Large deal team, marketing, product management, and technical support to create compelling value propositions.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to refine sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and enhance service delivery.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong focus on the IT & ITES sector with minimum 3 to 5 years experience in leading Sales team in IT & ITES sector in India.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions relevant to the IT & ITES industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
