OverviewAs a DevOpsEngineer in Bangalore you will play a critical role in the softwaredevelopment lifecycle by bridging the gap between developmentoperations and quality assurance teams. Your primary focus will beto implement and manage automated processes for building deployingand maintaining infrastructure and applications. You will workclosely with development teams to ensure efficient and reliablecode deployment and manage the companys cloudinfrastructure.Keyresponsibilities
  • Implement and managecontinuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)processes.
  • Automate and streamline operationsand processes.
  • Maintain and improve thecompanys cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate withdevelopment and operations teams to identify and implement the bestDevOps practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshootinfrastructure and application issues.
  • Manageand configure tools for deployment monitoring andoperations.
  • Ensure security and compliancerequirements are met.
  • Develop and maintainscripts and utilities forautomation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues andcoordinate with the development team to streamline codedeployment.
  • Manage and maintain networking andcommunication services.
  • Collaborate withsoftware engineers to deploy and operate oursystems.
  • Build and maintain tools fordeployment monitoring and operations.
  • Designand implement solutions for fault tolerance and performanceimprovement.
  • Participate in the design andimplementation of automation and orchestration oftasks
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineeror similar role.
  • Strong experience inimplementing and managing CI/CDpipelines.
  • Proficiency in scripting languagessuch as Python Shell or Perl.
  • Experience withconfiguration management tools such as Ansible Puppet orChef.
  • Handson experience with cloud services(AWS Azure GCP).
  • Experience withcontainerization and orchestration tools like Docker Kubernetes orOpenShift.
  • Familiarity with monitoring toolsand platforms (e.g. Nagios ELK stackPrometheus).
  • Solid understanding of networkingconcepts and protocols.
  • Knowledge of securitybest practices and implementation.
  • Experiencein automating infrastructure and applicationdeployment.
  • Strong problemsolving andtroubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and in a teamenvironment.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications(e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Certified KubernetesAdministrator) will be anadvantage.
