We reseeking a skilled UX Writer with experience in developing andshaping content across diverse platforms such as apps websites andpush notifications. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio ofUXfocused writing samples and a background in crafting contentstrategies for various user experiences including productcommunications notifications and FAQs. Collaboration with designersresearchers engineers and product managers is alsoessential.
Rolesandresponsibilities:

• Writeclear creative and customerfocussed UX content for digital assetssuch as the app and website in line with the brand s tone andvoice
• Use craft empathy logic and data forinapp comms push notifications mailers and other apprelatedcommunication
• Write & edit copy for allinapp scenarios including user navigation informationalinstructional & error messages help center botetc.
• Over and above there will be requirementsfrom timetotime such as requirements from other stakeholders likePR & Social team Internal Communications and HRteam.

Whatis needed for therole:

• Bachelorsdegree in English Communications Journalism or equivalent practicalexperience 23 years of experience in userfocused productwriting
• Experience creating and shaping contentfor multidisciplinary projects (App Website Push Notificationsetc.)
• A portfolio of UXfocused writingsamples.
• Experience working with contentstrategies for user experiences from productrelated communicationsto notifications to even FAQs
• Experiencepartnering with designers researchers engineers and productmanagers
