This is a handson technicalrole accountable for working with customers to help DevOpsteams
to provide quick resolutionsfor production level disruptions. In this role the candidate willown
technical engagement; workingdirectly with the teams and business unit to envision monitorand
help in the enablement ofDevOpsculture.

Skills:
3 to 5 years of handson experience as a CloudEngineer
Experience monitoring a24/7 SaaS with I&P management properunderstanding.
Basic Scriptingexperience to troubleshoot.
Deepunderstanding of manual data analysisreporting.
Deep understanding ofmonitoring tools to troubleshoot and find root causeexperience
withDatadog.
Good knowledge of atleast one operating system: Linux Unix Solaris UbuntuWindows.
Preference is any LINUXflavored operating system (eg: Ubuntu or RedHat)..
Basic understanding ofnetworking: TCP/IP IP addresses HTTP DNS VPN. Especiallycloud
networking.
Good understanding of container technology (Docker) and Containerorchestration
technology(Kubernetes) to do basictroubleshooting.
Experience inDebugging production level disruptions using traces metrics anddumps.
Good handson experience inIncident and problem management process and toolsaround
it like Jira Matter mostConfluence etc.
Very goodcommunicationskills

RequirementsJobResponsibilities:
Monitor APM and infra for the whole system in a 24/7model.
Develop automation togenerate reports.
Provide firstlevel analysis using debugging traces and dumps present in APMtoolslike
datadog
Monitor quality of I&P with proper guidance and work incollaboration of DevOps teams
Prepare and present reports around performancemetrics.
Lead meetings forIncident and problem management
Analyze historical data and provide insight to do problemclustering.
