  • Createand implement a comprehensive AOP distribution plan for salesacquisition ensuring alignment with organizational objectives andtargets.
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with existing and potential customers to driverevenue generation.
  • Lead hire and manage ahighperforming sales team in the West/East region fostering amotivated and goalorientedenvironment.
  • Effectively forecast monthly salesnumbers monitor team performance and take proactive measures toachieve closure targets.
  • Mentor and coach thesales team providing guidance support and training to enhance theirskills and productivity.
  • Establish a strongrapport with prospects understand their requirements and showcasethe value of our services and industrybestpractices.
  • Implement best practices in salesoutreach continuously evaluating and optimizing sales strategies tomaximize lead generation andconversion.

CandidateQualifications:
  • Minimumof 7 years of experience in B2B sales in the SAAS or Travelindustry with a proven track record of consistently exceedingtargets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead andmanage a sales team driving performance and achieving revenuegoals.
  • Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationshipswith clients and stakeholders.
  • Adept atanalyzing market trends identifying opportunities and implementingeffective sales strategies to drive businessgrowth.
  • Strong knowledge of industry bestpractices and trends in B2B sales with a focus on the SAAS orTravelsector.
