Overview: TheLuxury Products Marketing Head B2B plays a pivotal role indeveloping and executing marketing strategies to drive sales ofluxury products in the B2B market. This role is crucial inestablishing and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clientsunderstanding market trends and positioning our luxury productseffectively.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead and overseemarketing strategies for luxury products in the B2Bsector
  • Develop and implement targeted marketingplans to drive B2B sales
  • Identify and engagewith key stakeholders in the luxury B2Bmarket
  • Conduct market analysis to identifyopportunities and threats
  • Collaborate withsales teams to align marketing efforts with B2B salesgoals
  • Create and manage marketing budgets andforecasts for B2B luxury product lines
  • Provideguidance and support to the marketing team to ensure brandconsistency and effectiveness
  • Monitor andreport on the performance of B2B marketinginitiatives
  • Stay updated with industry trendsand adapt strategies accordingly
  • Nurture andexpand partnerships with B2B clients and industryplayers
  • Oversee the creation of compellingmarketing collateral and content for B2Baudiences
  • Represent the company at luxuryindustry events and conferences
  • Ensurecompliance with B2B marketing regulations andstandards
  • Contribute to the development of newluxury product offerings and B2Bsolutions
  • Manage and mentor the B2B marketingteam
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business or related field; MBApreferred
  • Proven experience in luxury productsmarketing specifically in a B2Bcontext
  • Demonstrated success in developing andimplementing B2B marketing strategies
  • Deepunderstanding of the luxury market and B2B customerbehavior
  • Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret market trends anddata
  • Excellent leadership and team managementabilities
  • Effective communication andnegotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment
  • Experience incollaborating with sales teams and managing key clientrelationships
  • Proven track record of drivingB2B sales through strategic marketinginitiatives
  • Proficiency in marketing analyticsand budget management

  • Creative mindset with a passion forluxury brands and products
