Job Title: Luxury Villa Receptionist
**Location: Nariman, Mumbai**
**At least 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.**

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manage Reservations and Villa Calendar**:
Handle all aspects of guest bookings, including inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and payment collection.
- Maintain an organized calendar to track occupancy and availability.
- Ensure smooth coordination between housekeeping, maintenance, and guest arrival/departure schedules.
**Customer Service and Guest Relations**:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide an overview of villa amenities and local attractions.
- Be the point of contact for all guest needs, responding promptly to requests and coordinating with other staff to resolve issues.
- Enhance guest experience by facilitating additional services such as tours, restaurant reservations, and transport arrangements.
**Quotation, Billing, and Payment Collection**:
- Provide accurate quotations for potential guests based on their requested dates and specific needs.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage payment collection with precision and professionalism.
**Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Keep detailed records of bookings, payments, and guest preferences to ensure personalized service.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, financial transactions, and guest feedback to assist management in strategic planning and marketing efforts.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with all villa staff to ensure high standards of service are consistently met.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
**Requirements**:
**-**Great English Language skills
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Please note you will be sitting in an office environment.
**Education**:
- High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 8 years (preferred)
- Hotel Front desk - Receptionist: 8 years (required)
- Room / Villa Reservation: 8 years (required)
- Hotel Calendar Management: 8 years (required)
