Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for the packaging machinery business.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the packaging machinery market, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Alternatively, in lieu of packaging machinery expertise, experience in providing high value solutions to leading FMCG and Pharma brands in India in any of their manufacturing processes can also be considered.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners across India.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Required Skills SetsBE with an MBA preferred.10 -15 Years of proven experience in sales leadership within the packaging machinery industry Or as suppliers to leading FMCG and Pharma brands for their manufacturing processes (machines, technology etc).Strong understanding of packaging machinery technologies and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet/exceed revenue targets.Experience in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.Willingness to travel as needed.Results oriented.Location of the Job will be Bangalore or Mumbai .
