Responsibilities of Head TeleSales

  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build andmaintain longterm relationships with clients.
  • Will be responsible for Training and developing Managers& Distributors from Health Life and Motor Insurance. Plan andsupervise the team activities to ensure sales & lead generationas per plan.
  • Recruiting and trainingmanagers implementing and monitoring the performance.
  • Conduct weekly performance dialogues and fileddemo/observation calls
  • Help & motivatethe team for their goal achievements and crossing earning slabsregularly.
  • Complete Ownership of the Sales& Customer acquisition and work alongside the operation teamfor the category assigned.
  • Direct Sales TeamHealth Tele calling Unit both will report to this position.
  • The candidate with a network of existingclients and corporates with strong relationships will be anadvantage
  • Will be responsible to monitor andmaintain attendance records for the tele sales team ensuringpunctuality and compliance with company policies. This includestracking daily attendance reporting absences and addressingattendancerelated issues promptly.

Requirements for Head TeleSales

  • At least 4 5 yearsof managerial experience in the Health Insurance domain
  • Leadership and Networking skills Ability to scout theright talent & onboard them
  • TeamHandling Training & field coaching High result orientationHealth Insurance Specialist
