Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience and will be based in one of the following locations: Tirupati, Afzalpur, Warangal, Ganjam, Visakhapatnam, or Bihar Sharif. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing teams, and building strong relationships with clients.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a maximum of 10 years in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client interactions and data efficiently.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a successful track record in closing deals.
  • Strong market analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Ability to forecast sales performance and set realistic sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address sales challenges and develop innovative solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market presence.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team effectiveness and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and sales growth areas.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasts and performance reviews to set achievable sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management for review.
  • Resolve any client issues or sales challenges promptly and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
