Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic person who is result oriented, committed and a team player who has passion for Sales and strives to grow to Leadership position in the business. Mission:

Your mission is to continue sales development with a strong vision and capability to achieve results above expectations. Develop & manage all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth in North region. The person will report to Regional Sales Manager – GIN North.

Role :

To promote the growth and development of sales in North India by preparing and applying customer oriented solutions based on our portfolio. As a part of developing both the technical and budget proposal it will be your task to lead negotiations. To help you reach successful sales you will work in close collaboration with fellow team members and act as support mechanism for the team as well as for the customers. In this role, your responsibilities are:

• Execute and implement the action plan for the development of customer and market

• Build effective business relationship for utilizing better resources and team

• Formulate and organize for the new product launches

• Conduct & supervise product demonstrations according to customer needs

• Develop and support regular marketing campaigns innovatively

• Maintain and build a good rapport with the team for implementing marketing plans and deployment of divisional strategy

• Support the business growth through Technology Days, WTL, transformations and customer seminars

• Utilize and acquire knowledge of competition in the market and be aware of the need for our solutions in the designated territory

• Effective management of the sale of all products on time

• Administer the action plan for the growth of sales profitability

• Develop and Manage robust distribution channels

• Mentor existing channel teams and initiate new channels of distribution

• White spot analysis in the assigned territory and find innovative ways to address them

• Timely reporting sales data

• Develop good receivables collection

• Support the new members of the team with understanding of sales processes

• Timely and efficient use of CRM tools

Experience:

4-8 years of experience in Industrial sales of technically advanced products

A good business insight and a proven track record of leading, coordinating and completing various successful sales projects will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of our products would be preferred.

Education:

You hold a Bachelor degree of Engineering (any Stream)

We also consider Engineering with a Master in Business Administration
