Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to support our client in the role of Projects Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client billing, vendor payments, master data maintenance, project accounting, guidance to project coordinators, and assistance with project-related reporting. The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with the Account Project Lead and Finance Lead and be prepared to handle any other tasks assigned by these individuals.

Manage client billing processes for all principal projects, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Oversee vendor payments related to projects, ensuring they are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies. Maintain and update master data for all projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Perform accounting tasks for all project-related expenditures, recording transactions in the books of accounts. Provide guidance and support to project coordinators regarding purchase orders (POs) and goods receipt (GR) activities. Assist the Account Project Lead and Finance Lead in generating project-related reports, providing accurate financial information and analysis. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project Lead or Finance Lead, ensuring their completion within the set timeframes and quality standard.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in project finance, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
