OverviewAsthe process executive you will be responsible for collaboratingwith the IT team to address and resolveanyprocess executiverelated issues or challenges encountered by theorganizations employees or systems. Evaluate current processes andpinpoint areas in need of improvement. Work closely with bothinternal and external teams to assist in resolving theirissues.
Keyresults1. Addressing issueswithin the process executives workflow ensuring resolutionsefficiently.2. Coordinating with the IT teamto solve potential problems like ITrelated issues andmobilerelatedissues.3.Ability to design a new process and provide solutions to arisingissues.4. Managing and assisting teammembers in various process and ITrelatedtasks.5. Demonstrating leadership qualitiesby proactively addressing and discussing issues with the ITteam.6. Facilitating coordination betweenthe internal team and the IT team to ensure seamlessoperations.7. Collaborating and supportingteammates in diverse ITrelated functions.8.Addressing and communicating phonerelated issues to the ITteam.
Keyactivities1. Analyze existingprocesses and identify areas that requireoptimization.2. Collaborating with the ITteam to implement solutions to streamline workflowsandenhanceefficiency.3. Taking ownership of thestreamlined workflow process and managing themendtoend.4. Managing and enhancing Processmodules for seamless operations.5.Communicating the work progress with the Team Lead andManager.6. Assisting teammates in variousITrelated functions.7. Ability to managemultiple responsibilitiessimultaneously.

Areasof responsibilities1.Coordinating with the IT team understand the process and maintainthe workflow efficiently.2. Able to solvepotential problems like Phone issues and ITrelatedissues.3. Proficient in utilizing Excel andPowerPoint to facilitate the smooth progression oftheprocessworkflow.4. Taking responsibility for theendtoend management of streamlinedworkflowprocesses.5.Enhancing and managing process modules to ensure smooth operationsLeading andsupporting teammates in variousProcessrelated functions.6. Communicatingthe work progress with the Team Lead andManager
Criticalfactors for success1.Excellent communication skills to understand the needs of the teamand deliver above expectations;familiaritywith Excel and PowerPoint preferred.2.Demonstrated flexibility and a readiness to contribute to theorganization across a diverse range oftasksas required.3. Ability to multitask andmanage multiple responsibilitiessimultaneously.4. Proficiency in managingAndroid phones would bebeneficial.
