Job Location:

We are seeking for a Process Executive to handle Customer Issue Resolution process this process involves identifying and documenting customer concerns, communicating them to the sales team, and coordinating resolutions.

Claim documents are preserved, and necessary audits are facilitated. Weekly updates are provided to stakeholders, and customers are engaged to obtain required documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle communication from Distributor efficiently, addressing issues related to stocks, expired products, claims, promotions, rate differences, shortages, sampling, and liquidation.
  • Maintain an Excel tracker to record and update customer issues promptly.
  • Preserve all claim documents provided by customers for recordkeeping and reference purposes.
  • Communicate issues to relevant Sales Executives, Managers, or Regional Channel Managers for timely resolution promptly.
  • Follow up with both Distributor and the sales team regularly to ensure swift resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with thirdparty auditors if customer issues require external audits.
  • Distribute the tracker on a weekly basis to all stakeholders to keep them informed about ongoing issues and resolutions.
  • Engage with customers to obtain No Dues Certificates (NDCs) as required.

Qualification and Skills

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating trackers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or issue resolution roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with auditing processes and procedures is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
