### What you will do:

  • Implement SAP Concur for our customers in India and across the APAC / EMEA regions.
  • Gather functional & business requirements from customers, evaluate their needs, create system design and configuration while working closely with Concur PM & Technical resources.
  • Be part of a cloud consulting team focused on faster and simplified deployments by advising customers on the industry standard best practices.
  • Adhere to the project management principles for successfully initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects: Use of a timeline/effortbased Project Plan
  • Documentation of Signoffs Requirement/Validation/Go Live
  • Risk management identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Develop contingency plans to minimize the impact on project success.
  • Communicate deliverable status to Internal and External stakeholders by means of status reports/calls.
  • Work with the customer to conduct UAT and Issue logging/tracking
  • Support customer on Change management and manage post Golive Hyper Care
  • Adhere to Concur SOP's to transition customers from implementation to Production Support.
  • Deliver customized training sessions for client stakeholders, empowering them to manage training for the larger user base/end users effectively
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP Concur features and functionalities, leverage to enhance client solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with Indian/ European/Australian customers in their respective time zones
### What you bring:

  • Strong analytical, communication and problemsolving skills with willingness to learn on the job.
  • Genuinely happy to work with the customer and help them with a positive attitude and show empathy towards the customer.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Product Implementation (Solution design, Configuration, Testing and Product rollout) preferred.
  • Experience of 35 with Customer Facing experience of at least 2 years
  • Technology Background: BE/BTech/BSc IT/BCA/MCA
