Job Description
- **Role**: Process Executive (MAPI) Location : Bangalore

Overview As the process executive, you will be responsible for collaborating with the IT team to address and resolve any process executive-related issues or challenges encountered by the organization's employees or systems. Evaluate current processes and pinpoint areas in need of improvement. Work closely with both internal and external teams to assist in resolving their issues.
Key results 1. Addressing issues within the process executive's workflow, ensuring resolutions efficiently. 2. Coordinating with the IT team to solve potential problems like IT-related issues and mobile-related issues. 3. Ability to design a new process and provide solutions to arising issues. 4. Managing and assisting team members in various process and IT-related tasks. 5. Demonstrating leadership qualities by proactively addressing and discussing issues with the IT team. 6. Facilitating coordination between the internal team and the IT team to ensure seamless operations. 7. Collaborating and supporting teammates in diverse IT-related functions. 8. Addressing and communicating phone-related issues to the IT team.
Key activities 1. Analyze existing processes and identify areas that require optimization. 2. Collaborating with the IT team to implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. 3. Taking ownership of the streamlined workflow process and managing them end-to-end. 4. Managing, and enhancing Process modules for seamless operations. 5. Communicating the work progress with the Team Lead and Manager. 6. Assisting teammates in various IT-related functions. 7. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Areas of responsibilities 1. Coordinating with the IT team, understand the process, and maintain the workflow efficiently. 2. Able to solve potential problems like Phone issues and IT-related issues. 3. Proficient in utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to facilitate the smooth progression of the process workflow. 4. Taking responsibility for the end-to-end management of streamlined workflow processes. 5. Enhancing, and managing process modules to ensure smooth operations Leading and supporting teammates in various Process-related functions. 6. Communicating the work progress with the Team Lead and Manager
Critical factors for success 1. Excellent communication skills to understand the needs of the team and deliver above expectations; familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint preferred. 2. Demonstrated flexibility and a readiness to contribute to the organization across a diverse range of tasks as required. 3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in managing Android phones would be beneficial.
