**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Design**: Develop and optimize process designs for various oil and gas projects, including onshore and offshore facilities.
- **Flow Diagrams & P&IDs**: Prepare and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other essential process design documents.
- **Process Simulations**: Conduct process simulations using industry-standard software to validate and optimize design parameters.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations, particularly for offshore operations.
- **Offshore Coordination**: Collaborate with offshore teams to implement process designs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed process documentation, including calculations, design basis, specifications, and technical reports.
- **Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration**: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation, to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.
- **Project Support**: Provide process design support during project execution, including reviewing vendor designs, participating in HAZOP studies, and assisting with commissioning activities.
- **Client Interaction**: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, present designs, and provide technical support.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in process design within the Oil & Gas industry, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of mandatory offshore experience.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in process design software such as Aspen HYSYS, PIPESIM, or similar. Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools for drafting and design documentation.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to process design, especially for offshore environments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex process issues.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to clients.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design work and documentation.
- **Offshore Certification**: Relevant offshore certification (such as BOSIET) is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From ₹35,567.46 per month
