Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a PA to the Managing Director (Male). As the PA, you will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, if necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, responding as necessary
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for the Managing Director
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and minutes for meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and seminars
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information for projects and reports
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the Managing Director, when required
