Position Overview: We are in search of a visionary Managing Director to steer our organization towards unprecedented success. As a key leader, you will be tasked with driving business growth, nurturing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the overall business objectives. Provide visionary leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  3. Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including production, supply chain management, quality control, and project execution. Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  4. Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
  5. People Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and coaching to develop talent within the organization.
  6. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Anticipate customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the business. Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
