We are seekinga dedicated and experienced Client Partner to join our team. TheClient Partner will be responsible for managing and nurturingrelationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met andexceeded. This role involves strategic planning businessdevelopment and delivering exceptional service to drive clientsatisfaction and growth.

KeyResponsibilities:

ClientRelationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clientsbuilding and maintaining strong longlastingrelationships. Understand clients businessgoals strategies and challenges to provide tailoredsolutions. Regularly communicate with clientsto ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunitiesfor upselling or crossselling.

Strategic Planning andConsulting:

  • Developstrategic account plans for each client to identify growthopportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provideclients with strategic advice and insights to help them achievetheir business objectives.
  • Conduct regularbusiness reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identifyareas for improvement.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new businessopportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Work with the sales team to develop proposals andpresentations for potential new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximizeprofitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
ClientAdvocacy:
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the companyensuring their voice is heard in product development and servicedelivery discussions.
  • Gather and relay clientfeedback to relevant departments to drive continuousimprovement.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing Communications or a relatedfield. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship managementaccount management or a related role.
