Work you’ll do

Looking for Middle Office Specialist, reporting to Liquidity Middle Office Manager and part of Liquidity Solutions Work experience in a financial institution, preferably for investment banking or registered investment advisor. Have a thorough understanding of Liquidity Management’s forms and documentation. Implementation and maintenance of Liquidity Solutions’ investment products on multiple Bank and non-Bank systems (new accounts, account name, agent changes, access requests, account closures, peg balance update, DDA updates). Quality Control review of implementations and maintenance performed by other Middle Office teammates. Reconciliation of positions and activity between bank systems and counterparties.  Ensure trading and portfolio accuracy by performing complex interest/dividend/fee calculations and comparing against system results. Manage internal client e-mail inquiries. Engage appropriate business partners and vendor contacts, as necessary, to bring to resolution.  Collaborate in the creation and ongoing updates of processes and procedures. Execute trading and trade settlements activities. Resolve trade errors/fails through iterative problem-solving and by leveraging system and process proficiency. Perform system reconciliation, data management, revenue recognition, and business performance reporting.  Develop good overall understanding of the Liquidity Management’s investment products to support clients, internal business partners, and interact with vendors & suppliers.

Participate in Liquidity Solutions’ initiatives when necessary.
