Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeingall aspects of human resources practices and processes. This rolewill support business needs and ensure the proper implementation ofcompany strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will manageactivities such as job design recruitment employee relationsperformance management training & development and talentmanagement.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Recruitment andOnboarding:

    • Develop andimplement recruitment strategies manage the hiring process andensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
    • Conduct job interviews and coordinate with departmentmanagers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

  2. EmployeeRelations:

    • Serve as apoint of contact for employees regarding HRrelated issues policiesand procedures.
    • Address and resolve employeeconflicts and grievances in a timely and professionalmanner.

  3. Performance Management:

    • Oversee the performance appraisal processprovide coaching and feedback and assist in setting performancegoals.
    • Implement performance improvement plansas needed.

  4. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and create orcoordinate learning and development programs to enhance employeeskills and performance.
    • Support careerdevelopment and succession planning initiatives.

  5. Compensationand Benefits:

    • Managecompensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness andcompliance with legal standards.
    • Conductsalary benchmarking and job evaluations.

  6. Compliance andRecordKeeping:

    • Ensurecompliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accuratelyand confidentially.

  7. HR Strategy and PolicyDevelopment:

    • Develop andimplement HR policies and procedures that align with the companysstrategic goals.
    • Advise management on HR bestpractices and contribute to strategic planning.

  8. EmployeeEngagement:

    • Foster apositive work environment and promote employee engagementinitiatives.
    • Organize employee events andrecognition programs.

  9. HR Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze HR metrics to informdecisionmaking and report on HR performance to seniormanagement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a related field. A Mastersdegree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of X years ofexperience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strongknowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices.
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiationskills.
    • Ability to manage multiple prioritiesand tasks in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS OfficeSuite.
