Duties& ResponsibilitiesOverseeing and managing all estate managers and workingcloselywith central team department heads ona daily basis. Do Recce of new homesdirectly or with help of team membersdonecessary arrangements to get the Villasbe ready to get listed onLohonoplatform Responsible for safeguarding thequality of operations both (internalexternalaudits). Responsible for legalizationOccupational Health Safety Actfireregulations and other legalrequirements. Oversee the operationsfunctions of all the Villas of the region asperthe Organizationalchart. Hold regular briefings and meetingswith all Estate Managers dailyweekly monthlyetc to meet the expected goals Ensure fullcompliance to Villas/ Homes of the region soperatingcontrols SOP s policies proceduresand service standards. Handling complaintsand oversee the service recovery procedures.Responsible for the preparation presentation andsubsequentachievement of the Villas annualOperating Budget andCapitalBudget. Manageongoing profitability of the Villas of regionensuringrevenue and guest satisfactiontargets are met and exceeded. Deliverregional budget goals and set other short and longtermstrategic goals for theproperty. A strong understanding of P Lstatements and the ability to reactwithimpactfulstrategies Ensure that monthly financialoutlooks for Villas Food BeverageAdminGeneral Events Experience etc. on target andaccurate. Prepare a monthly financialreporting for the owners andstakeholders. Draw upplans and budget (revenues costs etc.) of theregion Helping in the procurement ofoperating supplies and equipmentandcontracting with thirdparty vendors for essentialequipmentsandservices. Act as a final decision maker inhiring a key staffs: Villa AssociatesGRE HKSupervisorsetc.
