Designation-Executive Assistant to Director


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to the team and act as a personal secretary to the director
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Maintain and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism
  • Assist in preparing and tracking expense reports
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and respond or redirect as necessary
  • Perform general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining files
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned
