Responsible for Sales & Business Development for India region for Pharmaceutical Rigid Packaging portfolio. Review existing ALPLA portfolio and recommend key articles based on market needs. Leverage existing relationships to establish a strong client base to meet revenue targets. Travel locally, domestically, and internationally for sales activity to clients. Create competitive offers and realize sales opportunities in an efficient timeframe. Develop and strengthen client relationships at various levels. Create a pipeline of future opportunities for pharma packaging based on current and future market trends. Operate in alignment with strategic direction provided by Regional & Global Leadership Retain & grow sales and marketing personnel to develop an established sales organization. Interface seamlessly with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Procurement & Operations and “ HQ in Austria” to represent and serve the needs of customers.

What makes you great

Experience in pharmaceutical packaging sales. 12-15 years+ experience with 5+ years in a managerial role. Experience working in a multinational environment will be an added advantage. Existing relationships with large and medium size pharma companies at various levels Track record of consistently growing sales & business development Understanding of commercial structures and pricing for packaging and overall development process in Pharma Understanding of regulatory needs for domestic and regulated markets. Strong abilities in directing customers towards their desired goals or strategies. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders within a team environment. Documentation management Compelling skills in guiding customers towards desired outcome or approach. Ability to work in a greenfield environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
