KeyResponsibilities:
  • Demonstratecomprehensive knowledge of the Architecture Engineering andConstruction (AEC) industry particularly in marketing and salesstrategies.
  • Conduct thorough research orutilize networks and contacts to identify potential leads and drivethe generation of new business for architecture and engineeringservices including BIM Architectural/Structural and MEP serviceswithin assigned territories.
  • Lead efforts tosecure new business deals by coordinating requirements negotiatingcontracts and aligning contract terms with businessoperations.
  • Engage with prospective clientsthrough various mediums including social media phone calls emailsand inperson meetings.
  • Deliver compellingpresentations to clients and lead discussions to highlight thebenefits and value of our services.
  • Oversee theprogress of marketing and sales opportunities from initiation toclosure including pipeline development management andforecasting.
  • Drive initiatives to achievemonthly/quarterly/annual revenue objectives ensuring consistentgrowth and profitability.
  • Stay updated onindustry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changesimpacting the AEC sector adapting strategiesaccordingly.
  • Effectively communicate technicaland business value propositions to key stakeholders within theindustry.
  • Cultivate strong relationships withArchitects Consultants and Contractors to support their projectneeds and requirements.
  • Utilize networks andcontacts to explore business opportunities identify target accountsgenerate prospect funnels manage the sales cycle map accounts andclose deals.
  • Maintain consistent followup withclients to ensure satisfaction and nurture longtermrelationships.
  • Oversee and manage a team ofBusiness Development/Sales professionals by providing guidancesupport and leadership to drive team performance and achievecollective goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience inMarketing & Sales within the AECIndustry.
  • Experience working inUS/UK/Canada/Middle East marketspreferred.
  • Proven track record of achievingsales targets and building strong clientrelationships.
  • Strong negotiation presentationand exhibit fluency in English with outstanding written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Ability to work in afastpaced environment and handle multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Experience working withAutodesk or similar BIM software solutionspreferred.
