JOBDESCRIPTION:
Your job responsibilities will include
Reporting andMIS:
o Prepare and maintain Revenue Trackerfor all verticals under the Senior Managing Director by havingsummaries and insights on the same in coordination withvarious
businesses.
o Prepare and analyzemonthly MIS and quarterly projections.
o Support tointernal Business Generation (BG) team by call management alongwith noting actions and tracking handling monthly calls for the BGgroup data collation
and analysis helping in offsiteplanning and preparation of documents/ PPTs for all themeetings.
o Active participation in the internaloperations call by preparing dashboard performing analytics aroundoperational performance and sharing insights with businessleaders
and preparing minutes and tracking of actionitems.
o Support to various business leaders as and whenrequired on regional MIS automating a few processes.

Business Plans:
oConsolidation and support to the businesses (in terms ofcoordination with central teams uniformity of data and proof checkbefore review by Professional Services
Head) forpreparation of Annual Plan/ Budgeting 5year plans and internalMIS/reports.

Support on variousstrategic activities to PS Head:
o Support inpreparing data and files basis agenda set for meeting with thegroup Chairman during his visits to India.
o Activesupport in campaigns run by the Senior Managing Director bypreparing minutes action tracker and preparation of updatenotes.
o Support to Senior Managing Director on variousother group level and corporate initiatives.
o Have aneye for various digitization activities for improving efficiencyand processes.
o Foreign trip planning along withrequired documentation support.
o Ideas for revenueleakage and cost savings measures.
Administration:
o Central SPOC forall data and coordination with Finance HR Admin IT teams forbusinesses under the Senior Managing Director.
o Annualcalendar management and scheduling meetings basisrequirement.
o Attending calls with the Senior ManagingDirector and preparing an action tracker for the same.
