ApolloXCM is looking for the best Patient Relations Specialist who willbe responsible for providing excellent customer service to patientsanswering all phone calls / text messages and emails as well asfacilitating and coordinating communication between patients familymembers and medicalstaff.

Whatyoull bedoing:
  • Schedulingpatient appointments and making remindercalls.
  • Obtainingpatients addresses contact details insurance information andmedicalrecords.
  • Updatingand verifying patientinformation.
  • Answeringinvestigating and directing patient requests to the appropriatemedical staff member and following up with patients to ensure theirinquiry or complaint has been satisfactorilyresolved.
  • Performingadministrative and clerical duties such as efiling paperworkentering payments issuing invoices amongothers.
  • Participatingin the construction of standard operating procedures and makingcontributions to improve thoseestablished.


Requirements
Minimumeducationalrequirements:Professional degree orTechnologist degree RelevantExperience
  • Strongproficiency both verbal / written in English. The required Englishlevel is C1 or above. This is a MUST since 100% of communicationswill be inEnglish.
  • Experienceworking as a Patient Representative Executive Assistant Front Deskagent within the Hospitality or Travel agency industry CustomerService representative or agent inBPO.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.
  • Focuson customerservice.
  • Enjoysworking withpeople.
  • Meticulousattention todetail.
  • Abilityto work independently andproactively.
  • Abilityto work in a fastpaced environment and demonstrate exceptionalmultitasking.
  • Understandingof startupculture.
