Role Definition:Ensuring customer happinessby seamless execution of orders right from order booking tillreceipt of documents & paymentrealization on both the ends (suppliers and customers)Role Deliverable
  • Timely collection ofPayments/Commission
  • Bulk order execution:Timely delivery quality as agreed documentation as per LC orcustomer
  • requirement payment in time
  • Real time update to customer/supplier and inTeams Business
  • Sampling: Timely and rightquality sample preparation dispatch and documentation
Tasks &activitiesOperationsTasks :
  • Bulk orderexecution:
  • Timely delivery quality as agreeddocumentation as per LC or customer requirement payment in time.
  • Clear understanding of order details (Product)terms & conditions & Quality as agreed withcustomer.
  • Register the order details intoTeams business & generate PO to share with the supplier.
  • Obtaining the PI checking it thoroughly beforeforwarding to buyer
  • Reconfirming bank detailswith customer and supplier for TT payments by communication otherthan
  • email.
  • Weekly followup for advances / deposits / LC draft from customer and keep thesupplier updated.
  • Cross verifying withsupplier for the payment & LC receipt in their bank to getproduction started.
  • Make Production Follow Upand conduct Inspection of goods
  • Discussinspection report get approval from sales team and proceed forshipment.
  • Give approval on shipment follow upfor Exfactory and complete shipping details i.e. ETD / ETA vessel

Make Weekly OrderStatus Update to Customers & Suppliers
  • For trading ordersensuring payment to supplier is done as soon as received fromcustomer / even
  • before receiving from thecustomer subject to approval from team manager / HOD.
  • Share PreShipment inspection reports withcustomer and inform Deviation observed if required.
  • Sampling: Timely and right quality samplepreparation dispatch and documentation
Obtain StandardSamples/Specification from customer
  • Select factory forSample development with consent of Sales Team
  • Ensure proper documentation and PackingStandards for each sample couriered
  • Keeprecord of every developments by updating in SAP
  • Get Feedback from customers for eachdevelopment & updating the suppliers about the same
