QUALIFICATION &EXPERIENCE:

Experiencewith executing campaigns on Eloqua and Salesforce with 15 years ofrelevant experience in a marketing

operationsor /finance / operations job role.

A Graduateor Post graduate qualification in marketing communications or anytechnical and analytical background e.g. Computer / InformationScience engineering finance operations etc.

Passion for technology and B2B marketing with exceptional attentionto detail and the ability to handle multiple projectssimultaneously.

Looking for a Marketing Operations professionalwho truly enjoys working with digital marketing tools and wouldlove to be in charge of endtoend optimization and governance ofmarketing processes:

You have experience working in a data / outcome focusedmarketing organization or played a key role in the day to dayoperations of the marketing team at a largerorganization.

You have hands on experience withSalesforce Eloqua Hubspot Social Analytics / Management like sproutsocial (especially LinkedIn).

You have set updemand gen & nurture campaigns reported performance ofmarketing initiatives

You have collaboratedwith creative and development teams to get work ready forpublishing

You are excited to find innovativesolutions to operational problems while ensuring that existingprocesses run smoothly.

You have a systematicand datafirst approach to project management of campaigns forinternal and external audiences

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Liaise with the marketing & sales teams to set up demand gen/nurture campaigns and report performance from key marketinginitiatives including email LinkedIn campaigns Social mediaroundtables/ webinars events.

Program managethe creation and deployment of internal campaigns forassociates.

Work closely with marketing &finance to administer budgets claim submissions partner onboardingvendor commercials.

As a stretch goal you canbe involved in strategy and campaign development including researchbrief development creative development and campaign messagingoptimization.
