Overview:
TheMarketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing andexecuting marketing strategies driving business growth andenhancing brand awareness. This role involves collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to create compelling marketing campaignsanalyzing market trends and implementing innovative marketinginitiatives that align with the companysobjectives.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns for Hotel Shambala and othersister brands across different platforms including traditionalmedia (newspaper TV radio) social media (Facebook Instagram etc.)and direct marketing including inhouse points of guestinteraction.
  • Developstrategies and tactics to boost the company s reputation and drivequalifiedtraffic.
  • Deploysuccessful marketing campaigns and own their implementation fromideation toexecution.
  • Prepare andmonitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis andallocate fundswisely.
  • Work withdesigner to produce materials for visual impact and within brandguidelines.
  • Coordinatewith media persons to generate maximum awareness and visibility inboth traditional and socialmedia.
  • Create andmanage a Customer Relation Management (CRM) system to manage directcommunication andfeedback.
  • Design andimplement guest feedback surveys to gauge customer sentiment andfeelings towards Hotel Shambala and its subsidiarybrands.
  • Coordinatewith different outlet managers to access marketing opportunitiesfor each specific outlet orbrand.
  • Manage websitecontent and update asnecessary.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in marketing Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Candidate with basic graphicdesign experience will bepreferred.
  • Soundknowledge of key marketing concepts and social media for digitalmarketing.
  • FluentEnglish and effective writingskills.
  • GoodCreativity with a strong sense fordesign
  • Strongattention fordetail.
  • Goodcommunication skills and networkingskills.
  • Familiarly ofCRM and Survey applications isplus.
