The idealcandidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for theorganization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.This candidate will launch advertisements and create content toincrease brand awareness. This candidate will have previousmarketing experience and be able to monitor the companys socialmedia presence. Must Have Google Ad experience

Responsibilities

  • Build the digital advertising roadmapto help us increase awareness and generate quality leads fororganizations offline and online offerings.

  • Own the planning andexecution of advertising campaigns on Google Facebook Affiliatechannels etc.

  • Deliver on monthly set targets and KPIs thatincludes lead generation cost per lead CPC Qualified leads AppDownloads & Signups etc.

  • Closely manage digital advertisingbudget across platforms and for multiple user specificcampaigns.

  • Measure and assess results and drive continuousimprovement

  • Use feedback from users sales and marketing teamsto inform digital advertising campaigns

  • Develop and implement userspecific marketing campaigns including list segmentation contentcreation and A/B testing.

  • Conduct competition analysis andidentify opportunities for improvement in brandpositioning.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tointegrate digital strategies into overall marketing campaigns andinitiatives.

  • Stay informed about the latest advancements indigital marketing technologies and tools suggesting new initiativeswhere relevant.

  • Manage campaign expenses staying on budgetestimating monthly costs and reconcilingdiscrepancies.

Requirements:

A Bachelors degree in marketing business orrelevant field

2 years ofexperience executing digital advertisingcampaigns

Proficiency inusing digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google AdsFacebook Business Manager email marketing platforms andmore.

Past experience inEducation Company is desirable but notmandatory.

Excellent writtenand verbal communication and analytical skills

Highly organized and data focused with theability to manage campaigns simultaneously.

Flexible and a quick learner; able to operate ina fast paced collaborative environment

Preferred Languages: Bengali English andHindi

  • Digital Marketing Certification (desired)
