Job Description:
  • Coordinating with agency teams for managing paid media campaigns, website performance, email marketing, and key areas like Google campaigns, paid social campaigns, SEO, tech development, and analytics.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for customer service, customer database, and lead management.
  • Monitoring and ensuring smooth workflow and delivery of all jobs and tasks both internally and externally on a day-to-day basis.
  • Actively contributing to the functioning and productivity of external agencies to optimize spends continuously.
  • Supporting the Brand Manager in coordinating for creative and content PR activities, BTL/Events agencies, etc., as needed.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all marketing and communication requirements while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Managing the brand's online presence across all digital platforms and monitoring community conversations under the Brand Manager's supervision.
  • Maintaining MIS, including daily task lists, lead tracker, job status reports, MOMs, Brand & Competition tracker.
Secondary:
  • Working with internal stakeholders, including Customer Care, Sales, and Business Development.
  • Staying updated on the latest developments, trends, and platform updates.
  • Tracking category and competition regularly.
  • Supporting the development, planning, and execution of brand marketing and communication strategies, plans, programs, and calendars.The ideal candidate should have:
    • A MBA degree preferably or at least a Bachelor's Degree.
    • 3-4 years of experience either on the brand side, agency side, or a combination of both.
    • Extensive experience in working with digital marketing agencies.
    • Hands-on delivery experience, meeting deadlines and targets.
    • Digital native with a strong grasp of digital marketing management across multichannel campaigns, ideally with experience working on well-known brands.
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with good presentation skills.
