Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a vital role in creating and executing digital marketing strategies to boost brand recognition, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate leads or sales. This position involves overseeing digital campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing digital platforms for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance website traffic and amplify brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns on various channels like social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and oversee content marketing strategies, including blogging, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to implement marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, gather insights, and assess against objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adhere to best practices.
  • Identify emerging trends in digital marketing, assess new technologies, and ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess end-to-end customer experience.
  • Assist in developing and executing communication/content strategies through social communities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing, database, email, social media, or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with a track record of identifying target audiences and creating engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in creating and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics certification is a plus.
