Overview Our client isa Healthcare Tech start up based in Gurgaon and are currentlylooking for two Operations Executives. The Operations Executiveplays a crucial role in the healthcare tech industry in Gurgaon bymanaging coordinating and optimizing various operational processesto ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. They areresponsible for overseeing daily activities implementing newstrategies and maintaining high standards of efficiency andquality.Monday to Saturdayworking. Immediate Joinerspreferred.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Manage and optimizeoperational processes to enhance efficiency andproductivity.
  • Coordinate with differentdepartments to ensure seamless workflow andcommunication.
  • Implement new strategies andinitiatives to improve operationalperformance.
  • Monitor and analyze keyoperational metrics to identify areas forimprovement.
  • Ensure compliance with industryregulations and standards.
  • Manage theallocation of resources effectively to meet operationalneeds.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluationsto assess operational effectiveness.
  • Developand maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for variousprocesses.
  • Collaborate with senior managementto develop and implement operational plans andpolicies.
  • Oversee the procurement andmanagement of necessary supplies andequipment.
  • Resolve operational issues andaddress concerns in a timely and effectivemanner.
  • Participate in the recruitment trainingand supervision of operational staff.
  • Identifyand address any potential risks or obstacles that may impactoperations.
  • Stay updated with industry trendsand best practices to ensure continuousimprovement.
  • Lead and support crossfunctionalprojects to drive operationalexcellence.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Healthcare Management or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in operationsmanagement preferably in the healthcare or techindustry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcareregulations and compliancerequirements.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills to identify operational inefficiencies andimplement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency inusing operational management tools andsoftware.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities andthe capacity to inspire and motivate ateam.
  • Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teamsand stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus oncontinuous improvement andinnovation.
  • Knowledge of project managementprinciples and practices.
  • Experience inbudgeting resource allocation and financialmanagement.
  • Certification in HealthcareOperations Management will be an addedadvantage.
