As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Delhi, Noida

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, newsletters, and other digital platforms, to identify and engage with prospective clients who could benefit from our services.
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs, allowing for targeted outreach and tailored messaging.
  3. Creative development - design of content, ads, newsletters, emailers etc.. that may be required for digital out-reach to prospective clients.
  4. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers within target companies, articulating the value proposition of our services and fostering relationships through personalized communication.
  5. Qualification and Pipeline Management: Qualify leads based on their fit with our services, ensuring alignment with our target client profile, and maintain a well-organized pipeline of opportunities.
  6. Meeting Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including consultants and senior leadership, to schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects, facilitating introductions and initial discussions.
  7. Follow-up and Relationship Nurturing: Continuously engage with leads through follow-up communications, providing additional information, addressing questions or concerns, and nurturing relationships to progress them through the sales funnel.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, providing regular updates to management and leveraging insights to optimize strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer strategy and CX concepts, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a compelling manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives and build rapport.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and engagement, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, email marketing software, etc.
