Job Responsibilities:
Ability to help build, lead and manage as a Individual contributor. Willing to start out in a hands-on sales role for US marketExperience in BPO Sales/ Business Development roles/ Direct Sales in Recruitment Industry with good hands-on exposure in
US Market/ US Process.Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunitiesMake cold calls for new business leads and generating leads.Support in writing new business proposalMaintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in managing Business Development/Sales team.Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma completedStrong verbal and written Communication and Interpersonal skills.Experience working in US process and market and willing to work in
NIGHT SHIFTMust be detail oriented and active listener.Experienced working in Recruitment/Staffing Industry would be preferred.
