Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in the software development or IT consulting industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, including online sales, digital advertising, and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and target potential clients in the digital market, including but not limited to software development, web application development, CRM development, and IT consulting services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions and exceed client expectations
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients, ensuring accurate pricing and terms
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing trends to continuously enhance knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by achieving sales targets and contributing to strategic initiatives
