Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Sales at MindMap Digital. The Head of Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, account management, team management, and sales management. These activities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing the sales team, and driving sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and skillsets

Analytical Skills, Account Management, and Sales skillsProven ability to create and manage sales strategies and sales playsCan commit to generating at least 1 Mn USD orders booked per quarter across IT services from US and UAEPrior experience in IT Services sales in USAExperience in team management and sales managementProven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of RPA, Analytics, and AI is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
