Position: Digital Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to join our software development company. As a Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital sales channels, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue targets. You need to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software development industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and Execute Digital Sales Strategies:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and product offerings.
  1. Lead and Manage the Sales Team:
  • Build and lead a high-performing digital sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and team performance.
  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback to the team.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Identify key client accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives to position our software development solutions effectively.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  1. Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance.
  1. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and advancements in the software development industry.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build industry knowledge and expand professional networks.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in digital sales, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A passion for technology and a deep understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
