PositionOverview:We areseeking a proactive and resultsdriven Partner Marketing Manager tojoin our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the companysgrowth through the effective activation of marketing strategies androbust business development initiatives. Additionally the managerwill implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool andprovide support for webinars and scientific sessions while ensuringall marketing materials are current andeffective.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand implement activation strategies to promote brand awareness anddrive customeracquisition.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to execute marketing campaigns ensuringalignment with brand objectives and marketopportunities.
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through market researchnetworking and relationshipbuilding.
  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders includingclients partners and industryinfluencers.
  • Analyzemarket trends and competitor activities to identify potentialbusiness opportunities andthreats.
  • Prepare andpresent business proposals including pricing and contractnegotiations.
  • Trackand report on activation and business development metrics tomeasure effectiveness and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Executevarious tasks such as testimonial shoots marketing campaigns andother branding projects within the giventimeline.
  • Implement aCRM tool coordinating with different teams to facilitate its smoothadoption and providing necessary training and marketingmaterials.
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to gather testimonials from doctors and ensureall marketing materials are uptodate and meet organizationalstandards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.MBA preferred.
  • 3 yearsof experience in marketing with a focus on event coordinationpartnership management and businessdevelopment.
  • Provenexperience in activation marketing business development or relatedfields.
  • Strongunderstanding of marketing principles andstrategies.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and negotiateeffectively.
  • Strategicthinker with the ability to analyze data and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Proficientin CRMtools.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tightdeadlines.
  • Creativethinker with strong problemsolvingskills.
  • Detailorientedwith strong organizationalskills.

AdditionalInformation:
  • Thisposition will require travel for conferences CMEs RTMs and otherevents.
  • Flexibility towork outside regular business hours may be required to supportevents andwebinars.
