Position Title: Deputy Manager - Marketing

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy Manager - Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a creative visionary who can integrate marketing communications, branding, and PR into cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that includes communications, branding, and PR to drive business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Define and maintain the brand’s voice, image, and positioning in the market.
  • Lead the development and execution of brand-building initiatives, including product launches, rebranding efforts, and brand partnerships.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials reflect the brand's identity and values.
  • Direct the creation of compelling content for various platforms including digital, social media, print, and video.
  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies that enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies and respond to media inquiries to protect the brand’s image.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set performance metrics and regularly assess the team’s effectiveness in achieving goals.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across projects and campaigns.
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet budgetary goals.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on communications, branding, and public relations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
