  • Maintain high standards of customerservices at the Reception desk so that customers expectations areconsistently exceeded.
  • Responsible for day today operations of Front Office Department. Any matter which mayaffect the interests of the hotel should be brought to theattention of theManagement.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skillsinclude:

  • Relevant diploma / degree inHotel Management.
  • Excellent multitaskingproblem solving service orientation and interpersonal teamskills.
  • Displays high level of flexibilityinitiative sincerity and team work.
