Role/ Job Title:  Product Manager – Cross Sell

Function/ Department:  Retail Banking

Job Purpose:

The role entails driving value propositions for Personal Loan lending business by executing strategies to expand the existing products, channels, segments and customer base by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. It includes managing teams, systems, process & culture amenable to the scale and ensuring consistency of delivery. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team - Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC FIRST Bank becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation, gathering requirements, documenting specifications, partnering with Engineering for software implementation, testing, procuring internal signoffs, and leading product launch Work very closely with Projects team and system developers / engineering to ensure they understand business logic and end-state product vision. Deliver top-notch specifications to Engineering for every initiative. Work closely with internal functions such as operations, risk, collections to understand portfolio performance management and work with them to ensure proper processes are followed as per regulatory requirements. Leverage data and reporting to make data driven product decisions. Overview end to end journey and improves. Enforce ‘connect-the-dots’ collaboration with fellow product managers by quickly identifying any necessary changes required from customer standpoint due to other projects/initiatives. Self-driven individual who will quickly dive in to understand IDFC FIRST’s financial products, tools, and all things that is the bank. Data analysis. Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and apply skills to work. Strong service orientation. Good data analytics skills (Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint).

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) / BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) / (Bachelor in Commerce) / (Bachelor in Technology) / . (Bachelor of Arts) / . (Bachelor in Engineering) / (Bachelor of Science).

Post-graduation: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) / MCA (Master of Computer Application) / . (Master in Engineering) / (Master of Science) / (Master in Technology).

Experience:  5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
