Providing counselling facetoface over the telephone or online Helping students make learning decisionsrelating to programs and faculty Counsellingprospective students keeping in mind conversion targets(programbased and subjectbased) Assistingwith conflict mediation and resolution between students studentsand teachers or parents and teachers to ensure students goals arenot disrupted Keeping confidentialrecords Building a relationship of trust andrespect with clients teachers parents and students Listening to clients teachers parents orstudents concerns empathizing with them and providing prompt andaccurate solutions for their concerns Assist in dailyadministrative activities of the institute Maintain calendar to coordinate daily classes schedulesmoothly Manage the invoices relating to feepayments and other official documents Creating/modifying reports invoices and letters as per requirement Handling enquiries received via walkinscalls emails and references & trying to convert the sameinto enrolments Managing the adminrequirements of the institute like maintenance vendor managementstockkeeping of equipment & Suppliesetc. Assist in coordination with studentsparents & teachers Assist inmanaging the special events organized in the institute Key Skills: Listening skillsAbility to work with strict targets Empathyand understanding A nonjudgmental attitude Patience and a calm manner Ability to cope with emotional situations Ability to relate to and adaptcommunication style to suit a wide range of people EmployeeSpecifications: Female or Male candidatewith Graduation in any field Goodcommunication skills in English are a must along with a regionallanguage as per the job location Should beable to handle multiple tasks at the same timeproficiently Should be proactive in handlingany tasks Sound analytical andproblemsolving skills Good at MS Officehandling email communications for daytoday operations requirement Should be from a sound familybackground
